A BIT ABOUT ME

Wasson. I'm an oil painter specialising in portraiture. My work focuses on exploring character through bold, colourful, and playful portraits.

I believe art doesn't have to take itself too seriously, and my goal is to create pieces that make people smile and bring positive energy into a space.​

I think an individual’s face, eyes, and stance can tell a story about that person and I love to create a narrative for the observer to dissect—like people-watching, but in a painting.​

I studied art in college but have been primarily self-taught over the past four years. I currently live and work out of Bristol, UK.

My work has featured in exhibitions with my collective, and I’ve completed numerous commissions and sold prints.
